The Polar 60 loft staircase scores not only with its strong solid wood design, but also with an extremely strong insulating effect. It has an excellent U-value of 0.645 W/m2K. With the matching ISO upper cover, a U-value of 0.24 W/m2K can even be achieved. Thanks to the 2-point safety closure, the Polar 60 can also be classified in airtightness class 4.
Flexible Design:
This attic staircase is available in five different sizes. This means that it can be used in ceiling openings measuring 86×70, 120×60, 120×70, 130×70 or 140×70 cm. The Polar 60 is suitable for room heights of up to 280 cm, but it can also be shortened to lower heights as desired. The steel handrail is covered with a yellow powder coating and helps you climb into your attic.
