Description:
The cheapest attic staircase from Minka is the McStep Thermo 33. The low price is due to the fact that the staircase is not already completely pre-assembled and correspondingly more time is needed for assembly. In addition, the steel safety handrail and stair shoes are not included in the scope of delivery of the McStep Thermo 33 and must be ordered separately if required.
Flexible Design:
The McStep Thermo 33 is available in many different sizes. It is suitable for ceiling openings with the following dimensions: 90×60, 90×70, 90×80, 110×60, 110×70, 110×80, 110×90, 120×60, 120×70, 120×80, 120×90, 130×70 and 140×70 cm. The McStep Thermo 33 can be used to climb rooms with a height of up to 280 cm. However, lower floors are also no problem, as the ladder is made of solid wood and can therefore be easily shortened by sawing off.
Sustainable use:
Even though the McStep Thermo 33 is an inexpensive loft staircase, it is in no way inferior to the other models from Minka in terms of insulation performance and stability. With the 33 mm thick lower cover, it achieves a U-value of 1.1 W/m2K. The 27 mm thick steps also ensure that the stairs can withstand loads of up to 150 kg.
