Description:
Wood is known to burn well – but this is not the case with the Eurofire Protect loft staircase! This wooden staircase even has a fire-retardant effect of class EI245. This means that you delay the spread of the fire by at least 45 minutes.
Flexible Design:
The Eurofire Protect attic staircase is available in four sizes and can be used in ceiling openings with the following dimensions: 114×55, 114×70, 120×60 and 120×70 cm. It is designed for a maximum room height of 280 cm, but can be easily cut to the required length. The stair shoes made of black plastic and the yellow powder-coated safety handrail made of steel are included in the scope of delivery.
Sustainable use:
In addition to the fire-retardant effect, the Eurofire Protect wooden floor staircase also scores with its very high insulation strength. Thanks to the 60 mm thick lid and the 2-point screw cap, it is classified in airtightness class 4 and achieves a U-value of 0.667 W/m2K. With a matching ISO upper cover, the U-value can even be lowered to 0.226 W/m2K.
