Configurable spiral staircase F20

The F20 Color is a classic spiral staircase that combines aesthetics, stability and ease of installation in one product – and at an extremely attractive price. Thanks to its hot-dip galvanized surface, it is particularly resistant to weather influences and is therefore ideal for outdoor use. All components are designed to create a harmonious overall picture, supported by a high-quality powder coating in four colour variants.

The structure

The load-bearing structure consists of cylindrical steel segments that are hot-dip galvanized and then painted. There are adjustable flanges between the steps that allow the pitch to be precisely adjusted. This modular design allows flexible adaptation to different heights and installation situations.

The Steps

The steps are made of deep-drawn sheet steel, which is manufactured without welded seams to ensure a particularly clean appearance and high stability.
Bolted spacers ensure precise alignment. The leading edge of each step is finished with two rows of raised nubs that create a non-slip surface – ideal for outdoor use.

The railing

The railing is made up of metal rods, a moldable plastic handrail and robust nylon connectors.
All components are colour-coordinated and form a visually uniform, modern line. The construction ensures safety, stability and a pleasant feel.

Surface treatment

The metal parts are first hot-dip galvanized to ensure maximum protection against corrosion. This is followed by a high-quality powder coating with epoxy resin paints in the available basic colours. This process ensures a durable, weather-resistant surface and an even, elegant appearance.
