Description:
The Polar Extrem loft staircase is characterized by very strong insulation. Without the upper cover, it achieves a U-value of 0.59 W/m2K, with the ISO upper cover even a U-value of 0.37 W/m2K. In addition, it is to be classified in airtightness class 4. Because both the stairs and the lining box are made of wood, the Polar Extrem attic staircase is also very easy to assemble.
Flexible Design:
The Polar Extrem attic staircase is available in nine different sizes. The length of the ceiling opening can be 90, 114, 120, 130 or 140 cm, the width 55, 60, 68, 70 or 78 cm. Depending on the variant, the Polar Extrem is suitable for a room height of up to 280 cm. However, the length of the stairs can be flexibly shortened by yourself. Since this attic staircase is white on both sides of the lid, it blends inconspicuously into the room.
Sustainable use:
Wood is suitable for use in loft stairs for several reasons: Firstly, it has the necessary stability – the Polar Extrem can be loaded with up to 150 kg. Secondly, it is a natural and renewable material, which means that the Polar Extrem attic staircase also scores well in terms of sustainability. To ensure safe use and a long service life, a safety handrail and plastic stair shoes are included in the scope of delivery.
