Configurable spiral staircase F20Z

The F20Z is the spiral staircase par excellence: aesthetic, robust and easy to assemble – and at a very attractive price. Thanks to its hot-dip galvanized surface , it is ideal for outdoor use and offers exceptional resistance to atmospheric agents.
Each component is designed in such a way that it harmoniously underlines the characteristic style of the staircase and creates a harmonious overall picture.

The structure

The load-bearing structure consists of cylindrical elements made of hot-dip galvanized steel, arranged between the steps with adjustable flanges .
This modular design allows for precise adjustment of the pitch and flexible mounting for different height requirements.

The Steps

The steps are made of deep-drawn sheet steel – completely without welds, which ensures a particularly clean appearance and high stability.
Bolted spacers ensure exact alignment.
The leading edge of each step is finished with two rows of raised nubs that create a non-slip surface – ideal for outdoor use.

The railing

The railing consists of metal rods, a malleable plastic handrail and robust nylon connectors.
The distances between the bars comply with the current safety requirements (≤ 100 mm).
All components are visually harmoniously coordinated with each other and offer modern, clear lines and a pleasant feel.

Surface treatment

All metal parts are hot-dip galvanized to ensure maximum protection against corrosion and external influences.
For an additional visual upgrade, the staircase can be provided with a high-quality powder coating – analogous to the F20 Color. This ensures a durable, weather-resistant surface and an even, elegant look.
